when will my order ship?
orders usually ship within 3–7 business days. you’ll receive tracking once your bunny mail is on the way ♡
do you accept returns?
because most pieces are vintage and one-of-one, we offer store credit only within 7 days of delivery. sale, archive, market purchases, accessories, and bento buddies are final sale.
how does sizing work?
vintage japanese sizing can run smaller than modern us sizing. please use the listed measurements first and compare them to a similar piece you already love.
are the pieces vintage?
yes, most coco bunny clothing is vintage, pre-loved, or limited. minor signs of age may be present and are part of the charm.
