SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for adopting a little treasure from shop coco bunny ♡
This Shipping Policy explains our order-processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates, tracking, international shipping, and what to do if a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or returned to us.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or United States holidays.
Because shop coco bunny is a small independent boutique and most pieces are carefully packed by hand, processing times may occasionally be longer during:
• collection launches;
• holidays;
• market weekends;
• periods of high order volume; or
• unexpected personal, weather, carrier, or operational delays.
Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated transit time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
SHIPPING RATES
Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on:
• the delivery destination;
• the package size and weight;
• the products in the order; and
• the available shipping carrier and service.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders totaling more than $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping when the free-shipping option is available at checkout.
The qualifying order total is calculated after discounts and before any applicable taxes, duties, or other fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Free shipping applies only to eligible destinations and shipping methods displayed at checkout.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship eligible orders within the United States.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided by a shipping carrier begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Carrier delays may occur because of weather, holidays, high shipping volume, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available to eligible countries and destinations shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any:
• customs duties;
• import taxes;
• brokerage charges;
• handling fees; or
• other charges assessed by the destination country or shipping carrier.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to shop coco bunny unless expressly stated at checkout.
We cannot predict or control customs charges or customs-processing times.
International orders may be delayed by customs inspection or local delivery procedures.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the shipping label is created.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to begin updating after you receive the shipping-confirmation email.
A shipping label being created does not always mean that the carrier has already scanned or received the package.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and making appropriate arrangements for delivery.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your:
• name;
• apartment, suite, or unit number;
• street address;
• city;
• state or province;
• postal code; and
• country
before submitting your order.

We will try to help, but address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been placed.
Once an order has shipped, shop coco bunny generally cannot redirect or change the delivery address.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to shop coco bunny because of:
• an incorrect or incomplete address;
• refusal of delivery;
• failure to collect the package;
• unsuccessful delivery attempts;
• unpaid customs fees; or
• another issue outside our control,
the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the customer chooses not to have an eligible order reshipped, any available store credit or other resolution will be determined under our Return and Refund Policy and may exclude shipping charges and costs incurred because of the returned package.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed by shop coco bunny.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• shipping carriers;
• weather;
• natural disasters;
• holidays;
• customs;
• labor disruptions;
• transportation interruptions;
• incorrect addresses;
• local delivery conditions; or
• other events outside our reasonable control.
If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact the carrier first using the tracking number provided.
You may also contact us at hello@shopcocobunny.us, and we will help review the available tracking information.
PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
1. Check around your home, mailbox, porch, building entrance, mailroom, garage, and any safe delivery locations.
2. Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or front-desk personnel whether they accepted the package.
3. Confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct.
4. Allow up to 48 hours, because carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered shortly before final delivery.
5. Contact the shipping carrier directly to request delivery details or a location scan.
If the package is still missing, email us at hello@shopcocobunny.us with your order number and tracking information.
We will assist where reasonably possible, but shop coco bunny is not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery after a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
LOST PACKAGES
A package is not automatically considered lost simply because tracking has paused or the estimated delivery date has passed.
Carrier investigation periods and claim requirements vary.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at:

Please include:
• your order number;
• the customer name;
• the shipping address; and
• the tracking number.
We may need to wait until the carrier’s required investigation or claim period has passed before determining an appropriate resolution.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If your package or item arrives with significant shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
• your order number;
• photographs of the shipping box or mailer;
• photographs of the shipping label;
• photographs of the packaging materials; and
• clear photographs of the damaged item.
Do not discard the packaging until we have reviewed the issue, because the shipping carrier may require it for a claim.
Shipping damage is separate from minor signs of age or previous wear disclosed or reasonably expected with vintage and pre-loved merchandise.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders may begin processing shortly after purchase.
Order changes, cancellations, and shipping-address updates are not guaranteed.
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@shopcocobunny.us if you need assistance.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled by shop coco bunny.
COMBINED ORDERS
We cannot guarantee that separately placed orders will be combined into one shipment.
If orders are combined, previously paid shipping charges are not automatically refundable.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
An order may occasionally arrive in more than one package.
When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
MARKET AND POP-UP PURCHASES
Items purchased in person at markets or pop-up events are provided directly to the customer and are not subject to this Shipping Policy unless shop coco bunny separately agrees to ship the purchase.
Market and pop-up purchases are final sale as stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
