shipping
orders are packed with love and usually ship within 3–7 business days. you’ll receive tracking once your bunny mail is on the way ♡

orders over $100 usd ship free automatically at checkout.
vintage condition
most coco bunny pieces are vintage, pre-loved, or one-of-one. minor signs of age may be present and are part of the charm. visible flaws are noted when possible.
sizing
vintage japanese sizing can run smaller than modern us sizing. please check measurements carefully before purchasing.
returns
because each piece is limited and one-of-one, we currently offer store credit only within 7 days of delivery. items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
final sale
sale items, archive pieces, market purchases, accessories, and bento buddies are final sale.
return shipping
customers are responsible for return shipping. original shipping costs are non-refundable.
