RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your coco bunny treasure ♡ Because most of our pieces are vintage, pre-loved, limited, or one-of-one, we currently offer store credit rather than refunds to the original payment method.

RETURN WINDOW

Eligible online purchases may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smoke, and other signs of wear
• returned in the same condition in which it was received
• returned with any original tags or packaging, when applicable

Returns requested or shipped outside the 7-day return window may be declined.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include:

• your name
• your order number
• the item you would like to return
• a brief explanation of the reason for the return

Please wait for return approval and return instructions before mailing your item. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. shop coco bunny is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address while in transit.

STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved returns will be issued as shop coco bunny store credit. Store credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.

Please allow several business days after delivery of your return for inspection and processing.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

• sale or discounted items
• archive pieces
• market and pop-up purchases
• accessories
• bento buddies
• gift cards
• items marked final sale
• items returned outside the eligible return window
• items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, fragrance, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smoke, or other changes after purchase

VINTAGE AND PRE-LOVED CONDITION

Most coco bunny clothing is vintage, pre-loved, limited, or one-of-one.

Vintage garments may show minor signs of age, previous wear, storage, or construction associated with their era. These characteristics are part of the nature and charm of vintage clothing.

We make reasonable efforts to photograph and disclose noticeable flaws, wear, repairs, or condition details. Minor characteristics consistent with age or previous ownership are not considered defects.

Please review all photographs, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

SIZING AND FIT

Vintage sizing may differ significantly from modern sizing and may vary by brand, era, country of origin, fabric, and construction.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the measurements and fit information listed with each item and comparing them with a similar garment they already own.

An item not fitting as expected does not qualify for a refund to the original payment method. Eligible items may still be returned for store credit when all return requirements are met.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order arrived with significant damage that was not disclosed in the listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Please do not discard damaged packaging before contacting us, as photographs may be needed for a carrier claim.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Because orders begin processing shortly after purchase, cancellations, address changes, and order modifications are not guaranteed.

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@shopcocobunny.us if you notice an error.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or redirected by shop coco bunny.

RETURNED OR REFUSED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failure to collect the package, or another issue outside our control, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are non-refundable.

International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

EXCHANGES

Because most pieces are one-of-one, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges.

When an eligible return is approved, store credit may be used toward another available item.
